At Arcwell, we are fully committed to the Health and Safety of our team and customers alike. We have a dedicated H&S Co-Ordinator to monitor and ensure all health and safety responsibilities are communicated to staff and management.
We complete pre-start Site-Specific Safety Planning (SSSP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) on all site operations and make these available to the main contractor, simplifying their contractor management. As we’re working in the construction industry, we have in-house test and tag capability to ensure that all electrical equipment is tested and certified every 3 months – and that all equipment taken to site has a current tag in place.
We have regular team meetings to discuss any concerns that have been raised, and action.
We’re committed to training to help make sure that all our staff are fully competent in all aspects of their roles, covering:

- Fall Arrest Systems
- Hazard Identification
- Crane Operations
- Welding Qualifications
- Site Safe Building Passport
- First Aid Certification
- Fire Extinguisher Training
- Forklift Licences
- Electrical Test & Tag Certification
Individual training records are maintained for all employees which detail the training each employee has received, and when tickets expire so that recertification can be completed.
