Ashbury Heights Care Centre
Ashbury Heights Care Centre, located in Maunu, Whangārei, is a premium lifestyle village being developed by Qestral Corporation. This facility will offer a range of living options and care services, including rest home and hospital-level care, dementia care, and independent living. Once completed, the centre will feature various amenities such as a restaurant, bar, bakery, café, hairdressing salon, indoor swimming pool, spa, movie theatre, gymnasium, and wellness centre.
Arcwell worked closely with the team at Brendan Murray Construction to provide the structural steel for the Ashbury Heights Care Centre in Whangārei. This collaboration ensured the successful completion of the 3500m², 61-room care centre, which is the first of multiple facilities planned for the 20-hectare site. The single-storey dual-purpose rooms are designed to offer both hospital and rest home level care, ensuring comfort and support at every stage.
