Kensington Crossing
Kensington Crossing is a local retail centre comprising a large medical centre, Kensington Health Hub, and several hospitality and convenience retail operators.
The project re-purposed an old supermarket, taking advantage of the strategic position of the site, exposure to a major intersection and the large number of car parks. This unique combination has attracted a top-quality line up of national and international tenants – Tank, Snap Fitness, St Pierre's Sushi, Burgerfuel, and Lone Star.
Working again with Arco group, we were privileged to be involved in this project, providing Earthquake Strengthening services to the existing building, and fabricating, supplying, and installing the structural steel package, as well as handrails for within the tenancies, and sign frames
