Brief

The Logan Apartments, located at 572 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland, is a boutique residential development designed by Paul Brown Architects. This project features a range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, offering luxurious living spaces with modern amenities. Situated in the heart of Greenwoods Corner, the development provides easy access to cafes, shops, and Cornwall Park, and is within the Double Grammar Zone.

Arcwell was engaged to supply, fabricate, and erect the structural steel for the Logan Apartments, providing the structural steel that supports the building, as well as steel to support the innovative mcachnical car stackers that maximize available space for residents vehicles.
